Qi Haixia is now serving as Lecturer Ph.D in the Institute of International Studies , Tsinghua University .

She received her Ph.D of law from Tsinghua University in 2007, M.A. of political science from Renmin University of

China in 2003 and B.A. of law from Renmin University in 2000.

She is the one of the editors of Calculation of International Circumstances and Taiwan Issue (2005) and A Qualitative Study on China-Major Power Relations " recently " . she has published many papers such as The Political Party and Arms Race.
